My blog is called Lizzy wanders because wander is a term that interests me in a lot of ways.

  • First, to wander means: to roam, drift and float, but it also means to continue walking and moving. I believe my mind wanders constantly, looking for magic and means to express myself.
  • Secondly, wanders can be pronounced as ‘wonders’; for instance, right now I’m wondering about this sentence.
  • And lastly, the main character of the game Shadow of the Colossus is called Wander. This game is always a big inspiration to me when it comes to art, story and gameplay.

My real name is Liselore Goedhart and I graduated July 2008 at the Utrecht School of the Arts, course Design for Virtual Theatre and Games (DVTG).

Early August 2008 I started my own company in Utrecht, together with four other DVTG classmates, called Monobanda. We create games that exist within the virtual and the tangible world, something we like to call ‘fusionplay’. More info about our company is available at www.monobanda.eu.
